We are currently looking for an ambitious Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager for our office in Morpeth, Northumberland, England. Our new Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager has a strong interest in nutrition and health and has the qualities necessary for further development to leadership positions.
About the position
The candidate will participate in securing a continued growth for one of Europe’s biggest brands in the field of preventive nutritional supplementation and medicinal preparations.
The main tasks will be:
- Daily contact with wholesalers, chains, independent pharmacies, and health food shops
- Management and development of internal and external sales staff
- Implementation of the company’s communication strategy, including marketing, PR and e-Commerce
- Helping to develop Pharma Nord’s strategy towards complementary therapists
- Assist in the organisation of education programmes for health food shops, therapists and people with a high interest in nutrition.
- Assist in Pharma Nord’s database management.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to communicate ideas and concepts will be important.
The candidate will be able to communicate clearly and precisely with the members of our sales team and will participate in strategy and idea development meetings and will be able to keep track of all communications.
Furthermore, education and/or previous work experiences in relevant areas such as Marketing, Publicity, or Business Communication is an advantage.
