Dietitian
Full time – Permanent Post
Location: Nationwide
We are currently seeking applications from Dietitians interested in joining the expanding Clinical Department within Nua Healthcare. The Dietitian will be working with children and adults in community-based disability and mental health houses across Ireland. The role involves direct and indirect work with the individuals we support and frontline staff. Candidates must demonstrate the necessary interest, capability, performance, and enthusiasm in line with the requirements of this role.
Criteria required for the post:
- Have a recognised qualification as a Dietitian with CORU registration
- Have at least two years relevant post qualification experience as a Dietitian in a social care setting working alongside a multidisciplinary team
- Be committed to the delivery of quality, person-centred, community-based services
- Have excellent communication and team-working skills
- Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a self-directed manner in a dynamic fast paced environment
- A desire to support the ongoing development of the Dietitian Team with a willingness to engage in service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Willingness to travel for work purposes with a full clean driving licence and use of a car
Desired criteria for the post:
- Experience with complex mental health conditions
