An exciting opportunity to make a difference to the Health of Jersey residents with Type 1 Diabetes. This is an opportunity to enhance education provided in line with latest evidence. A key part of the post will be to deliver structured education around carbohydrate counting and insulin dose adjustment to adults and children and young people with Type 1 Diabetes. The post holder will be part of the Diabetes Multidisciplinary Team and provide reports on progress to Diabetes Jersey.
