Mediplacements are looking for a Band 5 Community Dietitian to work for our client based in Manchester.

Candidate must be HCPC Registered.
Hours of work is 30 per week working over 4 days office hours.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake nutrition support work, including home enteral feeding for patients in the community in Manchester.
Must be a car driver as required to do home visits, visits to care homes and clinics in venues across Manchester .
